Palm trees line this one acre property with plenty of room to park a boat. Thoughtfully designed newly constructed custom “Tiny Home” easily accommodates 4-6 guests. Inside you’ll find warm wood finishes, a comfortable living room with queen sleeper sofa, a bedroom with a queen bed, additional sleeping loft, fully equipped kitchen, washer and dryer and a full modern bath. Enjoy a large screened porch with a peaceful wooded setting perfect for morning coffee and evening cocktails! There’s even an outside shower to cool off or rinse off after a day at the beach.
